Welcome to VoidPlayer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoidPlayer application and services (the "Service") operated by VoidMind ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
VoidPlayer is a music player application that provides an interface to access and control your Spotify music library. The Service allows you to:
- Browse and play music from your Spotify account
- Access your playlists, albums, and artists

- Enjoy a simplified, distraction-free music experience
Important: VoidPlayer requires an active Spotify Premium subscription to function properly.
3. Spotify Integration
VoidPlayer integrates with Spotify's services through official APIs. By using VoidPlayer, you acknowledge that:
- You must have a valid Spotify account and Premium subscription
- Your use of Spotify content through VoidPlayer is subject to Spotify's Terms of Service
- VoidPlayer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB
- We do not own or control any of the music content accessed through the Service
4. User Accounts and Authentication
4.1 Account Requirements
To use VoidPlayer, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Have a valid Spotify Premium account
- Provide accurate and complete information when connecting your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

6.1 VoidPlayer Intellectual Property
The VoidPlayer application, including its design, code, and functionality, is owned by VoidMind and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
6.2 Music Content
All music content accessed through VoidPlayer is owned by the respective rights holders and licensed through Spotify. VoidPlayer does not claim ownership of any music content.
6.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as custom playlists). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display and process this content as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Service Availability

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Spotify account and uninstalling the application.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
